My name is Scott Andrew, I have a beautiful wife called Rachel, a 16 month old baby girl called Jemma, and a white Samoyed dog called Jadzia. I have a retail shop on the Gold Coast, in Queensland Australia. My Hobbies are my family, my dog, racing my Formula Vee, and playing music on guitar or keyboard. I specialise in Mail order in various areas including Hydroponics. I value my Ebay customers highly. I value your privacy in all transactions. Without my ebay income I couldn't afford my motor racing, so thanks for helping out.

What kind of backup service do you provide?
I have been in Mail Order for 15 years, and during that time, I have had a lot of happy customers. I have had occasional problems, but to keep a customer coming back, and recommending me, I will go out of my way to help fix any problem. Besides, I like to sleep at night knowing that my customers are happy, and that says something about who I am. I need to be able to tell my daughter that you should try to do the right thing every time and not be hypocritical. Ebay has a feedback score, and I hope to get a really high 100% rating - so please feel free to help me if you enjoyed the experience.

Conditions of Sale
- Friendly people are preferred bidders - I'm a nice guy, and can sort out any problem on 0402 86 49 86
- Please email me and tell me if you are not paying by Paypal, so I know to look for a bank deposit, or wait for a money order.

- After you have won, if there is an option of different postage costs and you are not sure how much to pay. Just email me with the delivery address and I can reply with the correct amount

- Winning bidder must make payment as soon as possible, and advise me that this has been done
- If payment has not been made within 14 days and buyer has not contacted me, Ebay will become involved and negative feedback may be left. (This is fairly reasonable)

Damage in Transit

- I have had nothing damaged in last 12 months of mail order business - but it has happened to my parcels about 4 times in the 15 years in business so less than 1%
- While all care is taken, I will not be held liable for any damage in transit and as such I offer the option of the winning bidder paying for insurance with Australia Post or Freight Company involved

Problem or dispute

- If any problems arise, the buyer will contact me and give me a chance to help. I can fix any problems.
- Buyer will give us the chance to respond BEFORE leaving negative feedback.

Warranties
- Manufacturers Warranty is valid not including transportation to Gold Coast and return.
- Boats not valid against damage from falling off cars, collisions with ocean liners, asteroids etc. (e.g. "charter boat...what charter boat...." RACQ advert)

Pickups
- Pick ups are available from my shop on the Gold Coast
- No charge unless special packaging required to load into your vehicle
- If you have your own freight service, thats fine, just make sure to call me on 0402 86 49 86 to check that they pickup here, if I need anything specific like courier labels, what packaging might be required (perhaps a couple of dollars of packing e.g. $30 of bubble wrap goes onto a boat before I send it.)

Shipping and Handling
- Item usually ships within 5 working days of payment confirmation. Details will be supplied to Winning bidder
- The item is in stock and either here at the shop or set aside at the distributors premises.
- I can black wrap items if security is an issue
- I can send care of freight depot if desired. - Please ask before bidding as shipping method may be affected.
- If Item is sent by Freight - Please ask if you require an estimated delivery time from postcode 4211 / Gold Coast to where you are. Contact us for confirmation of dispatch, however delays can occur and are out of our control. Details of the dispatch will be provided to winning bidder.
- Shipping cost should be specified above, but if your area is not listed, you can contact me for a quote. Email me a Postcode for accuracy - contact me by email link on this page ·
- Shipping Discount may apply if purchasing more than one item - please contact me to confirm for details before bidding on second item otherwise I cannot guarantee that there is any advantage to shipping items together.
- Express shipping is not usually a problem. But since I assume 5 working days is what you agree to, call or SMS me on 0402 86 49 86 before bidding to confirm I will be available to urgently ship anything you bid for.

We all hate to buy something that isn't what you wanted

+++ If I have specified a 7day returns policy above
- I have a great 7 Day money back return policy so you can look at the item and check its what you want.
- If you find the item not to your liking, you can return the item for a refund of the item amount, excluding the charged freight BY NOTIFYING ME WITHIN 7 days of receipt and returning the item as quickly as possible - dispatching the item within 7 days of notifying me, and preferably I receive the item back within 14 days of you receiving the item.
- Item must be returned in same condition as it was sent so it can be resold. Specifically it must not be in a "used" condition if it was sold new.
- Excludes postage costs to return item.
- If item is not returned in saleable condition the item will be returned to the purchaser at their cost
- If the same EBay member returns several items over a period of time, I may refuse to honour returns if buyer does not seem to have any intention to buy.

I will refund or exchange or repair if

Something you bought is faulty or defective; or
- Does not do the job I led you to believe it would do; or
- Does not match the item you bid on; or
- Is not as described in the auction. ·

I will not give you a refund if

- You cannot prove that you bought it (for example, on something fairly easy to buy, you don't have the details of the auction and cannot email me from the winning bidders ID); or
- You have damaged the goods you bought and I cannot resell it under the 7/14 day offer
- The 7 days has expired and you have not contacted us · This is because we would have restocked the item after this time.

Viewing the item at our store

-Contact me on 0402 864986 if you wish to view item at Nerang on Gold Coast and I will check the item is there not at our warehouse.
-The shop address is Shop 17 / 39 Lawrence Drive Nerang East (Gold Coast City) Queensland Australia.
-Hours 9-5pm weekdays, 9-1pm Saturdays
-This is an Ebay item, and I will not breach their rules and offer any deals face to face. So please don't ask.
-If it is faster, I can take other photos of item and email them to you (need an email address) particularly if a feature is not clear enough for you. I have even made a video to capture the sound of an item before, so anything is possible.

- Full payment is to be completed before shipping.
- Total Price = Final Bid + Shipping and Handling. Contact me if unsure. I will always advise the winning bidder after the auction closes.
- Proof of Payment Required before item is packed or shipped.
- No Cheques Accepted - Please do not ask. There is absolutely no way in the world I would accept a cheque. If you have a bank account, you can do an Internet transfer. I don't see why cheques still exist....
